About Nexynaptics

Neuroscience-informed. Human-centred. Prevention-oriented.

Clinical Rigour Meets Corporate Workforce Strategy

Nexynaptics was founded by M. Ranganathan, Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist, bringing more than two decades of professional experience to the intersection of auditory health, sensory function, cognition, developmental monitoring and human performance.

Nexynaptics develops structured assessment and monitoring pathways designed to help people identify relevant signals early, understand them clearly and connect with appropriate professional support where needed.

Core Philosophical Tenets

  • Prevention over Crisis Intervention: Detecting subtle auditory listening fatigue, developmental lag, or sensory decline before functional crises occur.
  • Ecological Validity: Recognizing that an employee cannot isolate their professional focus from the neurohealth realities of their children, partners, or ageing parents.
  • Ethical Boundaries: Clear distinction between surveillance screening and formal clinical diagnosis. Avoiding unsupported curative claims; always facilitating connections to qualified medical and specialist providers.
  • Privacy by Design: Maintaining a clear design separation between participant health information and organisational reporting.
