1. Clear Separation of Health Information
Nexynaptics is designed around a clear separation between participant-level information and organisational reporting.
Individual assessment information should remain with the participant and authorised care pathway, subject to informed consent and applicable privacy requirements.
Organisational reporting is designed to use appropriate aggregated and de-identified information, subject to participant consent, program design and applicable privacy requirements. Individual health information should not routinely be disclosed to employers.
2. Participant Informed Consent
Participation in any Nexynaptics Family Neurohealth surveillance module is voluntary. Before taking part in any assessment, participants receive understandable information detailing how their data is gathered, evaluated, and used to provide functional next steps.
3. Aggregated Workforce Insights
Organisations sponsoring the Nexynaptics platform receive aggregated program summaries (such as participation rates, general functional domain trends, and group-level engagement) to evaluate benefit effectiveness and inform workplace strategy. Reporting thresholds use appropriate cohort sizes to protect individual confidentiality.
4. Data Handling & Security Measures
We follow data minimization practices, collecting information pertinent to the selected life-stage surveillance pathway. Technical and administrative safeguards are implemented to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Qualified Healthcare Referral Pathways
When surveillance indicators suggest that further clinical evaluation may be appropriate, referral guidance is presented directly to the participant. Nexynaptics facilitates connections to qualified healthcare professionals while keeping participants in control of their personal care journey.
