1. Non-Medical and Preventive Scope
Nexynaptics is a corporate preventive neurohealth organization. Nexynaptics is NOT a hospital, medical clinic, diagnostic laboratory, or psychotherapy practice.
Our pathways, digital questionnaires, surveillance tools, and performance assessments are designed for early identification, functional awareness, risk monitoring, and appropriate professional referral. They do not constitute, nor are they a substitute for, formal clinical medical diagnosis, radiological imaging, psychiatric evaluation, or clinical prescription.
2. No Unsupported Diagnostic Promises
Nexynaptics does not claim to diagnose, cure, reverse, or eliminate neurological diseases, dementia, neurodevelopmental disorders (such as autism spectrum disorders), or language delays. Any indicators identified through surveillance pathways are intended to empower individuals and families to seek timely, qualified professional consultation where appropriate.
3. Corporate Sponsor Responsibilities
Corporate employers sponsoring Nexynaptics agree to respect participant confidentiality at all times. Program participation cannot be used as a criterion for employment termination, promotion decisions, disciplinary action, or compensation adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, assessment taxonomies, methodologies, digital questionnaires, and report designs on corporate.nexynaptics.com are the proprietary intellectual property of Nexynaptics, founded by M. Ranganathan.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms and agreements are governed by the applicable laws of India, with commercial operations based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
